We are looking for a motivated, dynamic Intern to support our Branch Support Service Assistant role (Service Scheduler/Planner) to join our team.
To help to achieve this, we will provide you with a competitive allowance & bright career opportunities. You will also be given full product training, with hands on assistance from Service and Operation Team.
In This Role You Will Be Responsible For
Assist to pickup inbound calls.
Assist to handle complaint calls.
Perform appointments calls to confirm service appointments.
Check service backlogs, perform service re-planning and issue necessary tickets, etc.
Docket compilation, prepare service schedule.
Duration: Depending on your university's requirement
Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess:
Currently pursuing tertiary education/Final semester (Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Customer Service Management, Office Management course)
Has own transport to travel to work on daily basis
