Are you passionate about cloud computing and eager to apply your knowledge in a dynamic, real-world environment? Join our Cloud Infrastructure Support team as an Intern, where you will get hands-on experience with cutting-edge cloud technologies, system administration and infrastructure management.
What you will do
Gain hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure and support while working alongside with seniors. The job includes:
- Assist in the maintenance, optimization and support of cloud infrastructure components to ensure system reliability and performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to virtual machines, network security and system monitoring alerts.
- Perform system upgrades, security patches and backups under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Support the installation, configuration and management of cloud infrastructure components (e.g., VMs, Firewalls, Performance & Capacity Planning).
- Assist in incident troubleshooting and root cause analysis, helping to resolve customer-reported issues related to data management.
- Contribute to infrastructure documentation, technical guides and security compliances.
- Collaborate across teams, actively engaging in discussions, regular meeting and knowledge-sharing to enhance efficiency and learning.

Job Requirements
What you will need
- Undergraduate Bachelor Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or Diploma in Information Technology.
- Good knowledge in IT & programming.
- Good communication skills & a team player.
- Highly organized & able to multi-task.
- Eager to learn, proactive and responsible, with a positive work attitude and a growth mindset.
