Assist in troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues for employees
Support the IT team in managing and maintaining IT infrastructure
Help with the installation and configuration of computer systems, servers, and software applications
Participate in the setup and maintenance of networks, including Wi-Fi, LAN, and VPN
Assist in creating and updating technical documentation and user manuals
Support cybersecurity initiatives, including monitoring systems for potential vulnerabilities
Research and recommend new technology solutions to improve productivity and efficiency
Provide support for various IT projects and initiatives as needed

Requirements

Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts
Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows, macOS, and Linux
Strong problem-solving skills and a desire to learn
Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
