Wayne Group Holdings Sdn Bhd is seeking a creative and versatile Graphic Designer to join our team in a hybrid capacity. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on variety, as you will be responsible for creating designs across all platforms, with a specific focus on Xiao Hong Shu (小红书). Proficiency in Mandarin is required to ensure effective communication with our audience.
Responsibilities:
- Design compelling visuals for Xiao Hong Shu (小红书) posts that engage our target audience.
- Develop diverse design assets for all social media platforms, ensuring brand consistency and alignment with marketing goals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns and brand initiatives through tailored design solutions.
- Stay informed about current trends on Xiao Hong Shu and other social media platforms to create relevant, on-trend content.
- Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
Job Requirements
- Previous experience in graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing work across social media platforms, including Xiao Hong Shu.
- Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
- Flexibility and adaptability to work on a wide range of design needs across different platforms.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
- Fluent in Mandarin, with strong written and verbal skills to communicate effectively with our audience.
Nice-to-Have:
- Prior experience with Chinese social media marketing.
- Familiarity with video editing tools.
